I ABSOLUTLY LOVE THIS. I am a Tekken 8/Streetfighter/Mortalkombat player and this works better than I expected. Yes it is small but on a desk space it's a perfect size. I have a Qanba Obsidian 2 that I flip over and use on my lap as a small table while playing so it's comfortable for my wrists. I also have chubby fingers and don't have a problem pressing the buttons. I mainly bought this to have better input control in my games. For Tekken 8, my electrics for Mishimas are way better. Electrics are easier but you still need to practice the proper input for consistency. Street fighter I have more control with my air attacks. Mortal Kombat feels nice but I'm still getting used to it. I've been looking for a good hitpad for a long time due to past disappointments with other hit pads. I've had a razor kitsune and a haute42 mini. Both of them started to have button issues very early on from using it. It is also disappointing that for both of those hit pads if the button switch goes out they are incredibly difficult to replace. I've also had bad experiences on my buttons popping out mid game with those hitpads which completely pissed me off.

The Doio hitpad switches seem to be easily replaceable like on a mechanical keyboard. Although I haven't tried to replace them yet, I need a new switch removal tool. I've had this hitpad for about a month and I used it everyday. The standard switches it comes with are very durable and I've had no issues so far. The key caps can be switched out which is cool for designing it however you want. The firmware may have to be updated to the latest GP-2040 but it wasn't an issue at all for me. The hitpad can also be customized with the LED lighting of your preference on the GP-2040 website which I find really cool and I appreciate. You do need a boot to use it for PS5. I have a wingman converter that I connect directly into my PS5 using the USB-C cable that comes included in the purchase. I have no delay and response time is very efficient. Lastly the quality for the price you pay is absolutely amazing. I'm looking forward to buying another one for a friend whenever I have the money. I bought this to not only get into keyboard modding, but to also get into Tekken. The board feels like it's well built and is pretty sturdy. It's a bit on the louder side of keyboards with the acrylic base and minimal foam, which isn't a massive issue to me, but it is worth mentioning. It's relatively small without being too cramped, and is a great feeling putting it up on my desk and playing games with it.

It's super easy to mod and customize. I managed to replace the linear switches it came with and replace them with some clicky buttons for that more "Arcade" type feeling. I also swapped out the keycaps, I used some cherry style keycaps, but you're most likely going to be looking for some flat faced keycaps.

The software and set up is a little weird though, took some time to getting used to but I finally managed to set up the RGB in a manner I like, as well as enabling the turbo feature which wasn't mapped out of the box.
