Ordered an in-stock product that did not ship for weeks, then customer service stopped replying to my inquiry emails regarding order cancellation after long delays. I still haven't received any word back, and will be escalating the inquiry.

I had to buy a wireless keyboard since my cat kept biting the cable and keycaps to my previous keyboard. The NJ80 has been amazing so far!

1) There is no input lag for the 2.4G -> typing and playing CSGO works.
2) It sounds amazing stock! While it is my first keyboard, I am super happy with how that Flamingo switches sound and the quality of the keycaps. I replaced the keycaps to switch up the color, but the stocks were solid.

Shipping was faster than expected, super happy I didn't order from drop.

Wireless connectivity is good. Easy to use with fn key to swap between connected devices. Bluetooth small delay, 2.4ghz 0 delay (good for gaming). Really like it

package arrived a little beat up but the keyboard itself was in perfect condition. one of the flamingo switches has some minor issues (inputs twice or not at all) but not a huge deal as i moved it to a less used key. either way it's hotswap and can be switched out. not really a problem. amazing product and very happy with this purchase.
